There is a full bath and laundry. This home is minutes from the beachfront, 0cean going fishing charters, river fishing options, and the golf course. Discover EXCELLENT coffee in the local shop midtown. We are located 20 minutes north of Homer, making easy access to many amenities. Pets are accepted on approval. Deck, BBQ, and Fire Pit add to the charm of this lovely setting. Private small plane pilots, notice, Anchor Point has a small airstrip. This airstrip is within easy walking distance of the house.
